We offer worldwide shipping!
Once your order has been placed, we will get it processed within 1-3 business days. Once it has been shipped you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 days in the US, 7-10 in Canada and 7-14 within the rest of the world. However, once your package has been shipped off, we cannot guarantee shipping timelines as there may be delays that are out of our hands.
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Their does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Simply enter the discount code at the checkout in the 'Discount code' field above the subtotal.
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your pieces from Their, we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please send us an email at hello@theirstudios.com within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Please ensure to include in the subject line ‘change order’ or ‘cancel order’ and your order number. We will do everything possible to sort out your request.
Please note Their Studios cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item, it will take up to 3 business days to process and send you a return confirmation email. Once the return is processed, it will take around 5-10 business days for the funds to reappear on your end.
Product Care
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of recycled 14K gold over sterling silver, so the gold surface is what needs protecting.
Put it on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off first. Keep it out of showers, pools and the sea. Chlorine and salt water are the hardest on it.
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing. A gentle anti-tarnish cloth is fine. Avoid abrasive silver polish and dip solutions, which strip the gold layer.
Silver tarnishes. That is normal, it is not a fault, and it comes back off.
A silver polishing cloth restores the shine whenever it dulls. Keep it away from chlorine and salt water, and take it off before showering or applying scents and lotions.
Store it dry in the pouch provided, which also slows tarnishing.
The most hard-wearing of the three. To clean it, scrub lightly with a soft toothbrush and warm water, then rinse away any residue.
Avoid harsh shower gels and scrubs, which can scratch the surface. Still worth removing before swimming.
