Refund policy

Thirty days to change your mind.

We hope you love your Their piece. If it is not right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Starting a return
If you are in the US, start your return here: Return your order. Return shipping is not included, so the cost of sending it back is yours.

Outside the US, email hello@theirstudios.com with your order number and the pieces you would like to return, and we will send you the address.

Exchanges
Use the return link above and place a new order for the piece you want. That way your new piece ships straight away rather than waiting for the return to reach us.

Refunds
We will let you know once your return has arrived and been checked. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. Allow up to two weeks for it to appear, as banks and card companies take their own time to post it.

Original shipping charges and return shipping are not refunded.

What we cannot take back
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

If something is wrong
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a piece is damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered, email hello@theirstudios.com and we will put it right. A real person reads these.
